High Living Miami ("HLM," "we," "us") is the trade name under which Verónica Mattioli and Daniel Lares, licensed real estate agents in the state of Florida, provide buyer advisory and representation services.
We operate under the brokerage license of Avanti Way Realty.
This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you interact with:
- The website highlivingmiami.com, including its Spanish version.
- Our WhatsApp Business channel, number +1 786-527-2662.
- Our Meta (Facebook and Instagram) ads that open a WhatsApp conversation.
Avanti Way Realty maintains its own privacy policy, which applies to its platforms and to data processed in its capacity as responsible broker. This policy complements the Avanti Way Realty policy, it does not replace it.
What information we collect
Information you give us directly. Your first and last name, phone number, email address, and the information you voluntarily share about your buying situation: estimated budget, areas of interest, property type, timeline, and financing situation.
Conversation content. The messages you exchange with us over WhatsApp, including those you send to our automated assistant.
Technical information. IP address, browser type and version, pages visited, time spent, date and time of access, and referring site.
Advertising attribution information. If you reached us through an ad, we receive technical identifiers from the advertising platform that let us know which ad generated the contact. We do not receive your identity from the platform.
We do not collect Social Security numbers, banking information, or identity documents through this site or via WhatsApp.
Use of an automated assistant on WhatsApp
Our WhatsApp channel operates with an automated assistant that responds to your messages and helps you schedule a consultation.
To generate those responses, conversation content is processed through third-party artificial intelligence services. These providers process messages to produce a response and are subject to contractual confidentiality obligations.
You may ask to speak with a member of our team at any time, and we will connect you.
How we use your information
- To respond to your inquiries and schedule your advisory session.
- To understand your situation and provide relevant guidance.
- To send you follow-up information about the buying process, if you consented to receive it.
- To measure the performance of our advertising and improve our service.
- To comply with legal and regulatory obligations of real estate activity in Florida.
Mobile information non-sharing clause
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Information sharing with subcontractors providing support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent. This information will not be shared with any third parties.
